Turnaround Times

As all Isla Play items are handmade we do not carry a large stock. Therefore the turnaround time for production of your custom handmade Isla Play item is generally 1-2 weeks but sometimes can be up to 4-6 weeks in times of high demand. 

If you require your order urgently please contact us at info@islaplay.com.au as we will always try and accommodate. 

 

Refunds

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. This includes any pre-order items. Under the Australian Consumer Affairs and Fair Trade Authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders, providing it is within 14 days of the parcel deemed delivered. 

If your item has a fault and by no fault of your own, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@islaplay.com.au

All our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if the unfortunate event occurs that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us at info@islaplay.com.au we may offer a refund, credit or a replacement. 

No sale items, pre orders or personalised orders can be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty through no fault of your own. This includes items where discount codes have been applied.

 

Shipping

We currently only ship to Australia.

We use Australia Post to ship our items. 

We offer prices reflective of Australia Post charges.

Orders over $150 receive FREE delivery.

Australia post estimate delivery between 3-5 working days dependent on the destination of travel. Please allow 5-10 days for regional areas. The postage delays due to Covid and floods is on top of this estimation. For an accurate shipping time please refer to Australia Post website.

Express Post is available for an additional cost. Australia post estimate between 1-3 working days for express post.
